Machine safety fences meet robotic
standards

A complete range of machine safety fence components includes single and double doors.

A complete range of machine safety fence components including single and double doors are available from MiniTec UK Complementing its comprehensive line of machine frame building systems, the range conforms with the DIN EN ISO775 standard for manipulating industrial robots and is covered in detail in a new 24 page technical information brochure available as a PDF or in hardcopy

The standard range covers 2000mm high fence posts with 1800mm high corrugated mesh panels in widths from 1500 to 2000mm in increments of 250mm.

Fence posts and corner posts are based on standard Minitec's machine building components comprehensive range of extruded aluminium profiles which feature the quick-fit Powerlock-N fastener for fast and simple frame assembly that requires no premachining.

The panels are assembled into the frames using a clamping profile ensuring a tight fit for the 40 x 40 x 4mm corrugated mesh with easy removal of panels if required for machine maintenance.

There is also the option of using acrylic, polycarbonate or sheet metal for the panels.

A choice of powder coated aluminium feet or a zinc plated steel alternatives is available.

Hinged or sliding single doors from 800 to 1200mm and double doors up to 2655mm are easily specified and assembled using standard components and all are available with a wide range of closure mechanisms and proximity switches to ensure security.

MiniTec's comprehensive machine building system includes 30 modular aluminium profiles and the Powerlock-N fastening system that requires no special tools or machining other than cutting the profile to the required length.

A full range of ancillary components are available for cost effective design and fabrication of complete machines for production and test, materials handling systems and automated manufacturing systems.

Specifying MiniTec's machine building system is made easy with a choice of hard copy or PDF catalogues, an on-line e-catalogue, ICAD software for AutoCAD and CADmenu for other systems, or with the unique web-based i-CAD interactive software that allows customers to view, examine and download 2D or 3D, CAD files for each component in the range and produce complete parts lists for simplified ordering.
