If visitors can navigate to the MiniTec UK stand D39 and drive an M8 Allen key, they could win a fabulous Ferrari Experience at this years Drives and Controls Show.

To celebrate MiniTec's first UK exhibition since the German machine building system manufacturer formed its Basingstoke based subsidiary, a competition will be held to show just how quick and simple it is to assemble its Profile System with the unique one-piece Powerlock fastener that requires no pre-drilling or costly preparation.

The competitor who can assemble a small MiniTec Profile System in the quickest time will get to enjoy some real driving with a Ferrari Experience day out.

The Powerlock fastener is simply inserted into the T-slot of one profile and when correct alignment with the second profile is made, a quick twist of an Allen key is all that is required to make a secure connection.

MiniTec UK will be showing a wide selection of components from its comprehensive Profile System range which covers cross-sectional profiles for machine frame applications along with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components for linear motion, conveying, machine guards and workstations.

Also on display will be working examples of MiniTec's online e-catalogue and integrated i-CAD software that allows customers to view, examine and download 2D or 3D CAD files for every single component in the range.
