Plain-faced, smooth sided profiles suit machine framing systems, enclosures and workstations used in clean rooms or for easy clean and wash down applications.
In addition to a wide range of standard extruded profiles with exposed T-slots on all faces, MiniTec UK supplies plain-faced, smooth sided profiles for machine framing systems, enclosures and workstations used in clean rooms or for easy clean and wash down applications such as food and pharmaceutical processing.
The G series profile is available in a number of common profile sises with options of a completely smooth exterior or including one or two T-slots exposed - providing the machine frame designer with a variety of assembly solutions that fulfil aesthetic or clean room requirements.
To facilitate easy and quick assembly with the Powerlock fastening system, material removal on the smooth face to expose the T-slot at the interconnection point is simplified with a tear-away strip that is easily detached by first drilling and removing the required amount with a special groove opening tool.
A cover plate is available to complete the connection.
Profiles are also available with thinner sections to reduce weight and cost in machine frames for light duty or for weight critical applications.
The UL range is available in a variety of profile sizes with options of smooth nonconnecting faces on one or two sides.
Complementary components for the machine framing range includes hinges, handles, plastic and metal panels, feet, wheels and doors.
Conveyors, power transmission and machine control components available include rollers and belts, product transfer systems, linear bearings, timing belts and sensors in addition to linear and rotary motorised tables and gantry positioning systems.
Designing-in MiniTec's complete range of machine building systems is simplified with CAD and web based interactive software that is the envy of the framing industry.
In addition to a choice of hard copy or downloadable PDF catalogues, an online e-catalogue, ICAD software for AutoCAD and CADmenu for other systems is available.
MiniTec's unique web-based i-CAD interactive software allows customers to view, examine and download 2D or 3D, CAD files for each component in the range and produce complete parts lists for simplified ordering.
