The G series profile is available in a number of common profile sises with options of a completely smooth exterior or including one or two T-slots exposed - providing the machine frame designer with a variety of assembly solutions that fulfil aesthetic or clean room requirements.

To facilitate easy and quick assembly with the Powerlock fastening system, material removal on the smooth face to expose the T-slot at the interconnection point is simplified with a tear-away strip that is easily detached by first drilling and removing the required amount with a special groove opening tool.

A cover plate is available to complete the connection.

Profiles are also available with thinner sections to reduce weight and cost in machine frames for light duty or for weight critical applications.

The UL range is available in a variety of profile sizes with options of smooth nonconnecting faces on one or two sides.
