Machine building show sees aluminium and steel
In addition to its wide range of aluminium profile machine building systems, MiniTec UK will be exhibiting its new range of SUS304 stainless steel profile at Machine Building 2007.
In addition to its wide range of aluminium profile machine building systems, MiniTec UK will be exhibiting its new range of SUS304 stainless steel profile with exceptional corrosion resistance for use in harsh environments, outdoor construction and clean processing applications at Machine Building 2007.
The new range is available in a 45 x 45mm profile that is very competitively priced against other stainless steel profile systems with the added benefit of complete interchangeability with MiniTec's aluminium profile with its super-fast Powerlock fastening system (also available in stainless steel) - designed to save both time and cost with no pre-drilling or special tools required for assembly.
Aimed at machine frame applications in chemical plant, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food and beverage production, clean rooms, and high temperature processing, the new range includes accessories such as mounting feet and end caps that complement its rigid and highly durable construction.
Visitors to the stand at Machine Bulding 2007 will be able to experience the ease and simplicity required for assembling the MiniTec Profile System by way of a working demonstration and a competition to see who can make the fastest assembly of a simple system.
With the chance of an exciting prize, each competitor will be awarded a special desk-top organiser made from MiniTec profile.
MiniTec UK will be showing a wide selection of components from its comprehensive Profile-System range which covers cross-sectional profiles for machine frame applications along with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components for linear motion, conveying, machine guards and workstations.
Also on display will be a working example of MiniTec's online e-catalogue and integrated AutoCAD software that allows customers to create frames, benches, linear slides, conveyors, using simple toolbar commands.
This will then produce parts and cutting lists for exporting to other programs and manipulation within an Excel spreadsheet.
