Components create custom conveyors

Additional components allow even more possibilities to customise parts transfer and handling systems.

MiniTec UK has broadened its range of belt and roller conveyor components as part of its Profile System machine framing system The additional components include roller strips with both cylindrical and flanged rollers, edge protectors, brake plates, end stops and hooks allowing even more possibilities to customise parts transfer and handling systems

The new components complement the full range of conveyor products that appear in a 64-page brochure available by request from MiniTec UK or as a PDF download from the company's website.

The full conveyor range covers all the components required for motorised and nonmotorised roller and belt conveyors in a wide choice of materials including antistatic options and with plug-on motors and associated controls.

The full brochure also includes a comprehensive overview of MiniTec's Transfersystem TSG - a complete modular building system for parts transfer with standard modules that can be combined to create tailor-made solutions for component assembly, inspection stations and automated manufacturing systems.

Conveyor designers may download and use MiniTec's CADmenu construction software for layout, calculation and parts list generation of complete systems significantly simplifying the design and purchasing process.

MiniTec can also design and specify complete conveyor and parts handling systems for customers using simple "request for offer" forms that contain all the required information to enable fast turnaround quotations and proposals. Request a free brochure from MiniTec UK ...
