The Powerlock ensures fast, straightforward and neat frame construction with just a turn of an Allen Key and also allows profiles to be re-used for maximum flexibility.
The MiniTec Profile System provides a fast time to market and flexibility for safety and guarding systems, manual workbenches, conveyor and parts handling machinery, automated manufacturing and test equipment.
Special fixtures and display consoles, as well as components and multiaxis positioning systems for parts handling are also available.
MiniTec can provide complete solutions for turnkey manufacturing production and test systems.
The range covers over 30 aluminium profiles and new stainless steel profiles for use in harsh and outdoor environments along with complementary components including fastening elements, links, hinges, handles, locks, feet, wheels, door elements and conveyor parts.
The range also covers electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic components as well as linear bearings, guides, motors and transmission components for pick and place and automated handing applications.
The company's Powerlock fastener allows rapid assembly with no premachining or predrilling.
