Mixpac Equipment, a provider of refillable, dual-component dispensing systems, has introduced its DXH-3 hand-held dispenser.
The DXH-3 is claimed to be versatile, accurate and mobile.
The lightweight, compact dispenser is intended to expedite production procedures and reduce production costs.
Weighing 2.4kg and with a 25ml maximum output per stroke, it is suitable for dispensing in tighter spaces or handling smaller-sized applications such as those found in the electronics industry.
The DXH-3 offers the ability to dispense a wide variety of ratios for two-component reactive resins.
Multiple hand-held dispensers can be refilled with a single Mixpac DXR refill station.
The refill station utilises two transfer pumps that feed from five-gallon bulk containers of material, each equipped with follower plates to handle a wide range of viscosities.
