Dosing pump range extended with all-metal version
Milton Roy's popular 'G' series of mechanically actuated diaphragm pumps has recently been extended following the introduction of the new all-metal GM version.
Available through dosing pump specialist Milton Roy UK, the XA model provides a more compact and lower cost option of this versatile industrial pump, largely due to the elimination of a flexible coupling, a characteristic of other pumps in the MRoy range.
The pump has a maximum capacity of 66 lit / hour with pressures to 123 bar.
Maximum temperature for pumped fluids is +90§C for metallic liquid ends, or +50§C for plastic liquid ends.
Flow is adjustable while running or stopped from 0 to 100% of the nominal flow, while accuracy of ñ 1% is assured within the range 10 to 100% of the nominal flow.
MRoy XA pumps also include features which are designed to maximise savings on installation and maintenance such as, a built-in relief valve to prevent pump damage if the discharge system becomes blocked during operation and a built-in drain to enable easy priming.
Automatic air-venting maintains the pumps repetitive accuracy in long service operation while an integral oil-bath lubricates and protects the pumps moving parts to facilitate optimum efficiency during continuous heavy duty operation.
The pumps, which depending on options can comply with API 675, can be supplied as a compact duplex version, with 2 heads of identical of different performance and construction. Request a free brochure from Milton Roy Europe ...
