Dosing pumps ideal for tough metering
tasks

Primeroyal hydraulically driven diaphragm liquid end dosing pumps are ideal for tough liquids handling applications such as high-pressure additive injection in oil production.

Liquids handling applications such as high-pressure additive injection in oil production and transferring thick, high-temperature, corrosive and abrasive liquids, are examples of the tough demands increasingly made for metering pumps used in the process and chemical industries To meet these demands liquids dosing and mixing specialist Milton Roy UK developed its Primeroyal range of hydraulically driven diaphragm liquid end dosing pumps

The Primeroyal reciprocating dosing pump with variable stroke length, delivers flow rates up to 16kl/h at pressures up to 500bar and incorporates the facility for either manual or automatic stroke adjustment.

The main material/hydraulic configurations for these pumps are, 316 stainless steel, PVC, PVDF hydraulically actuated diaphragm liquid ends with a PTFE or stainless steel diaphragm.

The HPD patented design of the diaphragm ensures a working life claimed to exceed 20kh.

Primeroyal pumps are a modular design, providing users with a high degree of flexibility, combined with easier upgrading and maintenance.

They are available with numerous options such as, double diaphragm, diaphragm failure detection, double check valves, spring loaded valves, slurry configuration, food grade design, cooling/heating jacket and automated flow control. Request a free brochure from Milton Roy Europe ...
