Pump increases performance capabilities
The Primeroyal K pump increases the performance capabilities of the Primeroyal family by providing flow rates up to 330 litre/h and pressures up to 500bar.
The established range of Milton Roy dosing pumps has recently been extended following the introduction of the Primeroyal K pump, increasing the performance capabilities of the Primeroyal family by providing flow rates up to 330 litre/h and pressures up to 500bar These compact high-performance reciprocating dosing pumps are designed around the simple concept of a variable eccentric mechanism which ensures optimum reliability and easy maintenance

A new addition to the established range of MRoy hydraulically actuated diaphragm dosing pumps is a competitively priced direct mounting motor option, the MRoy XA pump.
The important features and options of Primeroyal pumps include: a large multiplexing capability of up to 12 heads, advanced automation and control, double diaphragm, diaphragm failure detection, cooling/heating jacket and food grade design, ensuring suitability for a wide range of applications.
For example, petrochemical, refinery, chemical, boiler feed water treatment and municipal water treatment.
Primeroyal K pumps meet API 675 requirements and ATEX CE EX ll 2G/D c T3 or T4 standards.

The main material/hydraulic configurations for Primeroyal pumps are 316 stainless steel, PVC, PVDF hydraulically actuated diaphragm liquid ends with a PTFE or stainless steel diaphragm.
