Handy size for intelligent servo drive
Available now from Motion Control Products, the Harmonica is billed as the smallest 1.2kW brushless servo drive in the world.
Measuring only 46.5 x 55 x 13mm, the Whistle in undoubtedly the most densely packed high performance digital servo driver available.
Weighing in at only 45g and packaged in a totally enclosed PCB mountable block makes the Whistle the most densely packed digital servo drive in its class on the market.
The Whistle can operate as a fully programmable stand-alone device or as part of a multi-axis system in a distributed configuration on a real time network using CANopen DS 301, DS 402 communications.
The Whistle operates from an 11-95V DC power source in current, velocity, position and advanced position modes, in conjunction with permanent magnet synchronous brushless motors or DC brushed motors.
