MXE users can select from a choice of five solid nut screw designs, featuring engineered resin for quiet and affordable performance.

Motion Control Products has released three new body sizes of the Tolomatic MXE series of actuators, a range of rodless screw drive electric actuators designed with Endurance Technology features for maximum durability.

MXE electric actuators can provide increased moment loads and greater load capability ranging from 77kg to 5683kg of force for Fz loads.

It is available in two rugged, durable bearing options.

One is the solid bearing design which optimises stress distribution and the other is the profiled rail design, which uses THK caged ball technology to reduce friction and extend actuator life.

Users can select from a choice of five solid nut screw designs, featuring engineered resin for quiet and affordable performance.

Alternatively, users can choose from three ball nut screws delivering positioning accuracy and repeatability for longer life with low-backlash.

The MXE features upgraded reed and solid-state style switches, which are both CE-rated and RoHS-compliant.

The MXE delivers excellent high load stability and offers low carrier height to reduce the overall actuator envelope.

It is suitable for lifting, movement or automation applications.
