MK Profile Systems have announced the inclusion of the flat top chain conveyor type SBF-P 2085 to their ever growing range of Aluminium profile based conveyor systems range.
The system is modular, in keeping will all mk conveyor systems and lends itself to integration with the mk modular machine building profile system, which offers the widest range of profiles available in the UK.
The modular MK Flat Top Chain Conveyor System SBF-P 2085 is ideal in material handling situations requiring parts movement to varying locations.
Applications include the transportation of product in the bottling, food packaging, pharmaceutical or paint industries.
The solid construction guarantees uninterrupted operation and long life, even under continuous duty applications The different subassemblies allow for the quick and economical manufacture of complex sections.
The system is based on a belt width of 82.5 mm, whereby various belt materials and manufacturers can be supplied at customer request.
Pallets or special stands, inclines, other belt widths, etc.
are all available on request.
The frame is manufactured using our structural Profile MK 2004.
Attachments of components such as side rails, stands, etc.
is accomplished using the profile T-slots.
The belt is guided entirely along its travel using our standard wear strips.
