The range of curved aluminium profiles available from mk Profile Systems has been further extended; profiles from 25mm X 25mm up to 50mm X 100mm (and possibly larger) can be easily bent to order
The range of curved aluminium profiles available from mk Profile Systems Ltd has been further extended mk are one of the few profile systems manufacturers with the in house ability to bend aluminium profiles with precision at a reasonable price
This enhancement in the flexibility of mk profiles offers the machine builder the ability to make their own conveyor bends and curved fascias using standard mk profiles.
The internal radius requirements are limited only by the indicated minimum internal radius when the profile is viewed in the vertical plane.
Profiles from 25mm X 25mm up to 50mm X 100mm (and possibly larger) can be easily bent to order.
Curves of 90 and 180 degrees are most common for conveying but any angle of curve can be requested.
