At MACH 2006, the MMMA will be supporting a "Metalworking Village" based around the MMMA stand and hospitality suite (4918).

Government needs to support vocational training
The Government needs to be more supportive of firms willing to participate in vocational qualifications and training schemes, a West Midlands' engineering company has warned
This site is now visited by thousands of visitors every year as their first point of call for the metalforming equipment industry.
As part of this sponsorship, the MMMA will be clearly identified within the village area.
MMMA members will receive discounted space rates, priority allocation of stand space, free first lift on and off for exhibits, as well as a 5% rebate for the prompt return of contract and stage payments.
All exhibitors at MACH 2006, whether MMMA members or not, will received a free web and catalogue entry, free daily stand cleaning, unlimited visitor tickets and free exhibitor's car parking.
David Brotherton, MMMA Secretary said: "We have been representing our members for many years now and over the last 5 years we have also offered members, the advantage of membership of Metcom, including training support, access to advisory services as well as access to the CBI and their appropriate committees".
"At MACH 2006, although the 'village' concept is not new, it does bring together our members in one clearly defined area, making it easier for visitors to target particular products, in our case metalforming equipment".
"Our members receive considerable benefits on top of low exhibiting rates at MACH".
"We live in a very competitive market and we try to encourage all our members to be proactive in their approach to the market and by exhibiting at MACH, they are taking a very positive approach".
The MMMA acts as the central organisation promoting the common interests of its members involved in the manufacture and sale of metalforming machinery and ancillary products, including tooling in the UK.
