The McLube Division of McGee Industries has developed a high-temperature chain lubricant suitable for use on oven chains, conveyors and bearings.
McLube MoS2-505 is a synthetic-oil dispersion containing molybdenum disulfide, which does not leave carbon or resinous deposits.
It is designed to protect against wear, rust and corrosion at elevated temperatures and can withstand repeated loads in excess of 400,000psi.
It does not carbonise, smoke or give off any odours while operating at elevated temperatures.
McLube MoS 2-505 provides excellent lubrication and a low co-efficient of friction.
Applications include steel mills, bakery ovens, oven carts, paint drying and heat-treating ovens.
It is extremely useful in dirty and corrosive environments.
