McLube has developed a water-based rubber lubricant that provides a durable dry colourless film coating that bonds tenaciously to the applied surface.
It provides excellent lubrication, a low coefficient of friction and superior slip/stick properties.
McLube can be used as an assembly lubricant, insertion lubricant and as a dry-film lubricant coating on cured, uncured and extruded parts.
It is environmentally and user friendly and contains no hazardous ingredients.
It is both thermally and chemically stable.
McLube dry film coatings are water-based lubricants that do not attract dirt and dust in the way that wet, oily or greasy lubricants do.
McLube is currently being used in the automotive, aerospace, electrical, industrial and medical industries.
