Mono acquired by National-Oilwell
National-Oilwell has acquired the Manchester-based Mono Pump Group from Halliburton Company for cash and stock consideration.
National-Oilwell has acquired the Manchester-based Mono Pump Group from Halliburton Company for cash and stock consideration The GBP 87 million acquisition covers all Mono operations in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the USA, and was completed on Thursday 16th January 2003
