In order to fulfil as many individual customers' needs as possible Moeller is offering its latest signal towers in modular form enabling users to put together their own combinations.

Easy to install, easy to operate and extremely flexible, the SL family of signal towers from Moeller gives clear indication of the operating status of machines, even complex ones, and automated process sequences Mounted on top of the machine or the control panel the devices provide operating staff, working near or at a distance, with reliable information about the machine's operation, stoppages, interruption in material flow or, for example, fault alarms

Consequently any problems or faults can be detected and resolved quickly.

The user has the choice of four different kinds of indicator: continuous light, flashing light, strobe light or an audible alarm.

In order to fulfil as many individual customers' needs as possible Moeller is offering the signal towers in modular form enabling users to put together their own combinations.

The light element colours are available in red, yellow, green, blue and white, so that staff can easily distinguish particular states like danger, abnormal state and normal discontinuity.

Specially shaped lenses deliver excellent light levels.

One important advantage for the user is the fact that the modules are freely programmable by simply setting jumpers on the module board.

Five signal lines pass through each module via contact pins, so it is possible to actuate up to five separate levels.

If, for example, the application requires a red flashing light in parallel with an audible alarm, all the operator has to do is to put the jumpers for both modules in the same position.

Fitting together individual modules does not require any additional tools: just plug on the bayonet fitting and turn it slightly.

It's as simple as that! There is also a choice of mounting options for attaching the signal towers: direct mounting of the base module, spaced mounting with fixing base and spacer tubes, or wall mounting using fixing brackets.

Rated to IP54, complete light units are available with operating voltages of 230V AC and 24V DC, while the light modules can be supplied in 24V DC, 110-130V AC and 230V AC.
