With its comprehensive range of FIP RCDs, Moeller is able to provide the optimum protection for every application.
The FIP series is ideal for use in applications as varied as building site power distribution boards, humid manufacturing halls, caravan parks, mining and quarrying installations and workshops.
The devices are available in current ratings from 16 to 125A and offer a full range of sensitivities, namely 30, 100, 300 and 500mA.
In the event of a residual current arising the RCDs are very fast acting with trip times under 40ms and come with the added feature of pulse current sensing that ensures correct operation even when DC current exists.
The FIP range also includes the option of remote operation, this allows the units to be tripped and reset remotely.
Available with a full range of accessories enabling signalling, remote operation, tripping and testing, the devices can be used in conjunction with busbars for rapid mounting/installation thus giving space savings and cost advantages.
