To mark the launch of its new semi-automated LX production line, Moeller Group Company Barduct received a visit from HRH The Duke of Gloucester.

The LX busbar trunking system is used for both power transmission and distribution.

The system offers an outstanding level of flexibility in terms of location requirements and is particularly suitable for power distribution in multi-storey buildings.

The high degree of protection to IP54 as well as tap-off units up to 1250A also guarantee safe power distribution for the high-energy requirements of industrial applications.

Steve Richards, the Managing Director of Barduct, said: "As a Corporate Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, HRH The Duke of Gloucester would have an understanding of Barduct's business and the application of busbar systems within buildings covering retail, commerce, leisure and industry".
