A new, free catalogue, containing information on all products - including more than 1300 new products and range extensions launched this year - is now available from Moss Plastic Parts

A new, free catalogue, containing information on all products - including more than 1300 new products and range extensions launched this year - is now available from Moss Plastic Parts, the world leader in plastics manufacturing and product protection.

The new, easy-to-use Moss European Standard Parts Catalogue contains more than 100 pages of information on General Protection,Temperature-resistant Masking, Pipe and Flange, Tube Fittings and Furniture, Packaging, Electrical, Fastener Protection and Fixings Products, all of which have seen new product introductions or range extensions this year.

In all, 1,316 new products have been introduced, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, a move which substantially expands the comprehensive range of standard parts available from Moss (which comprised more than 4,000 product lines and 150 million individual mouldings available from stock even before the new additions), and consolidates the company's position as the 'one-stop' service for plastic protection, finishing and masking products for thousands of customers throughout Europe.

Included in the new catalogue range are: * 31 new sizes of nylon push rivets.

* 114 new spacers.

* More than 30 new end-caps in Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), for tubing, pipe and rod protection.

* 24 new driveshaft protection caps.

* 8 new SAE butt weld covers to protect split-flange coupling surfaces.

* 10 new Pull Plugs.

* 8 new sizes of barrel plugs.

* 15 new Flexicaps, in flexible, durable PVC, for product protection across a range of applications.

* 4 new caps/plugs for the LPG market.

* 49 new edge and corner protectors.

* Temperature-resistant masking tapes in a variety of sizes and materials, along with other heat-resistant products including 28 new reusable support hooks.

* A total of 370 new items for the furniture industry, including an entirely new range of chrome-plated caps and inserts available in three types and 18 different sizes.

* A whole range of new cable ties in the fastener products range, including twist, adhesive, and push-in varieties, along with new mounts, clips, and cable clamps in a variety of formats.

Nearly 80 new products are available in this range alone.

..And many other new high-performance products, most of which are available for immediate despatch and 24-48 hour delivery from Moss' vast new UK warehouse, international offices and regional Plastic Parts Centres.

Full details of all new products are available in the new Moss catalogue, which has been designed for simplicity of use andf eatures a new 'fast find' index of all products, colour coded section tabs, an alphabetical index and a new index of part numbers, as well as a useful reference section containing materials property and colour selection charts.

The site offers full business-to-business e-commerce facilities, with intelligent cataloguing based on a simple-to-use drill-down format.

Customers can also use the site to see at a glance what stock is held where, and to order direct for complete order fulfilment quickly and easily, as well as viewing account status, past orders and part numbers, shipment history, or to compare product part numbers with current stock figures.

All Moss products are manufactured to stringent quality standards on the latest moulding equipment and combine functional design with strength and durability in high-impact resistant, yet lightweight, materials which ensure that they will withstand the most arduous industrial use.

Moss has also recently invested some ?1.5 million in new state-of-the-art injection moulding machines, enabling it to react much faster to customer needs by increasing production, ensuring quicker tool change, and responding more effectively to changes in demand.
