Significant cost savings from ball screws
Moore International's low cost ball screws are cold rolled which offers significant cost savings, but also maintains a precision previously only available with machine-ground screws.
We then needed to find products to complement these products; although we can offer bearings, timing pulleys and belts, we needed to find beam couplings.
This was done by Mark Moore in Germany in 1998, finding a manufacturer of small and large diameter beam (slice) couplings, standards and specials.
With the products in place our aim was to achieve ISO9002; this was a task started in 1999 and was completed in May this year.
Moore International has the facilities to offer unmachined items or machined to customers' drawings.
