John Foley, General Manager Domestic Rolling Mill Sales for Morgan, revealed that the project includes new water boxes and troughs, partial replacement of Keystone's existing rollerised retarded Stelmor cooling conveyor, and a Morgan enhanced temperature control system (METCS).

He explained, "The upgrade is designed to improve both the quality of the product, as well as the efficiency of operation", adding that the equipment is scheduled to be installed during Keystone's autumn shutdown.
