The Board of Directors of Morgan Construction Company, at its recent annual meeting, elected two vice presidents, while naming a third vice president as a board member.

The Board of Directors of Morgan Construction Company, at its recent annual meeting, elected two vice presidents, while naming a third vice president as a board member.

Elected vice presidents were Mark Shore and Michael J Eldredge, and Gabriel Royo, Vice President and General Manager of the Morgoil Bearing and the Spares, Installations and Services Divisions, was elected to the company's board of directors.

Shore, who joined Morgan in 1987 as a member of the Field Service Department, was named Sales Manager of the Rolling Mill Division in 1996.

In 2002, he was named to his most recent position as Director, Rolling and Bar Mill Sales and Proposals.

A native of Sheffield England, he is a graduate of Manchester (England) University where he received a joint BEng degree in electrical and mechanical engineering.

Eldredge, who joined Morgan in May 1992, has served as Engineering Manager, Design Engineer and Chief Design Engineer for the Rolling Mill Division.

In 2000 he was promoted to General Manager of the Spares and Guides Division and in 2003, he was promoted to his most recent position as Director, Rolling Mill Engineering,.

He is a 1989 graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) where he received his BS degree in mechanical engineering.

Royo, who joined Morgan in 1988, was named Managing Director of the Spares and Guides Division in 1997 and in May 2000 was elected Vice President of the company.

In late 2000, he left the company to work for Intel Corp in Hudson, Massachusetts, and in 2003, was Senior Vice President of Veeco, a Woodbury, New York-based supplier of capital equipment for the semiconductor and data storage businesses.

He rejoined Morgan in his current capacity in August 2003.

A native of Argentina, Royo received his BS degree in engineering from the University of Cuyo in Mendoza, Argentina, and his master's degree in engineering from the University of Nebraska in May 1988.
