Morgan do Brasil, a subsidiary of Morgan Construction Company, has successfully passed its registration audit and has been certified for ISO9001: 2000.

Morgan do Brasil, a subsidiary of Morgan Construction Company, has successfully passed its registration audit and has been certified for ISO9001:2000.

The company was audited earlier this year by DQS do Brasil, an international certification network.

Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, DQS is accredited by DQS of Frankfurt, Germany, a company that is recognised by most of the major countries in the world that have adopted the ISO9001:2000 standards.

According to DQS: "The scope of certification covers Morgan do Brasil's sales of rolling mills, rolling mill guides and spares, Morgoil bearings, and management of steel industry equipment projects".

Fernando Guerra, President of Morgan do Brasil, said: "ISO certification of our company will benefit Morgan do Brasil and its customers by building on our existing quality improvement process".

He added: "We are proud to join the growing list of elite companies throughout the world that have been certified as having met the high ISO9001:2000 quality standards established by the international organisation of standardisation".
