Compressed air system handed over to Army on time
Motivair has recently completed a £70,000 contract for the MoD for hangar compressed air systems in a support centre to maintain the Army's new WAH-64 Attack helicopter.
The company recognised the development of air as a safe power supply for many other applications such as ergonomic handling.

The Ingersoll-Rand ergonomic handling equipment is engineered as a safe handling solution, and now Motivair can supply these solutions including air hoists, assembly and industrial tools, along with standard automotive tools.
Ingersoll-Rand, in turn, has access to an even greater potential customer base with Motivair through the distributor's branch network in the south of England and also its Brownhills depot in the Midlands.
Howard Dry-Parker, sales director of Motivair said, "The world class capability of Ingersoll-Rand and its continuous ability to invest in research and development means we can now offer a range of solutions for most production problems.
With Ingersoll-Rand's products such as the new Q2 series, we can improve our customers' performance, their peoples' working environment and also enjoy increased sales by supplying that benefit." The new Q2 series from Ingersoll-Rand has been designed for ergonomic comfort, and exceeds global industry standards for performance and consistent, long-term torque accuracy.
These Q2 products along with Ingersoll-Rand's exclusive asset management software and other interface options means that Motivair customers will be able to plan routine maintenance and know exactly how much difference these new tools are making to their assembly lines.
Staff at each of the six Motivair branches have visited Ingersoll-Rand's training centre to fully develop their ability to advise and supply the new range of tools.

Motivair has what we believe is the best range of tools available, and its professional approach based on a service and advice mindset cannot fail to meet demand.".
