Master Bond has a new low-viscosity adhesive/sealant with high flexibility called EP37-3FLF.

This two component optically clear epoxy system features a forgiving one to one mix ratio by weight or volume.

It cures at room temperatures.

EP37-3FLF bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, glass, ceramics, rubber and many plastics.

Bonds offer resistance to impact, shock and severe thermal cycling.

Master Bond EP37-3FLF also can be employed as a potting and encapsulation compound.

Its low exotherm makes it an ideal material for large castings.

It also possesses superior electrical insulation properties and an exceptionally long working life.

EP37-3FLF has a service operating temperature range of -60 to +120C.

Its volume resistivity is 100Tohm-cm at 24C.

It has a Shore D hardness of 30 and a tensile strength of 27.6MPa at 75F.

Peak exotherm for 200g mass is 40C.

Master Bond EP37-3FLF is available in pint, quart, gallon and 5 gallon kits.

For ease of application, syringe applicators are also available.

It can be stored at room temperature and has a shelf life of 1 year.
