Henk Leerink has joined Banbury-based Motoman Robotics (UK) as part of the team selling robotic arc welding systems.

Henk Leerink has joined Banbury-based Motoman Robotics (UK) as part of the team selling robotic arc welding systems The company claims to be the leading supplier of such systems in Britain and Ireland, and is also active in robotic spot welding

15 years' experience in robotic system sales well qualifies Leerink for his new post.

He also has a strong track record in key account management for clients such as the Rover Group.

He studied mechanical engineering in Holland before moving to the UK, and now lives in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

On his appointment, Leerink commented: "I was keen to make the move to Motoman as the company has a sound strategic plan for product development and is always at the forefront of robotic technology.

In addition, we are able to integrate cost-effective solutions for turnkey projects, regardless of the degree of complexity".
