Software aids productivity and profitability
Just six months after installing Manusoft's Dynamic Resource Control (DRC) software, Saren Engineering has reported a considerable improvement in productivity and profitability.
Manusoft's DRC real-time software is designed to put management and employees alike in control of production processes.
It does this by providing a user-friendly interface to control inventory costs, on-time deliveries, manufacturing costs, customer quotations, labour efficiency rates and integrated real-time financial accounting.
The simplicity of the system empowers workers from all skill ranges and can result in tangible productivity gains within eight weeks.
The software requires little maintenance, although technical support is supplied locally 24 hours a day.
In addition, free periodical software upgrades and training programmes make the Manusoft system extremely cost effective.
The free trial installation can be set up within three hours, without disruption to manufacturing processes.
Alan Matthewman, Managing Director of Manusoft UK, says: "The trial is designed to give customers a chance to see for themselves what the system can do in a real-life situation.
Indeed, because the trial takes place in their own workplace, customers can gain an instant insight into the positive impact of the software on their business.".
