Static control on show at Interplas

Meech Static Eliminators will be demonstrating the latest developments in its wide range of static control equipment at Interplas.

Meech Static Eliminators will be demonstrating the latest developments in its wide range of static control equipment at Interplas New products will include the Jet Stream, high air velocity cleaner, the Flow Tube material handling solution and the 904 power unit, in addition to the pulsed DC feedback system and the fan-driven ionising air gun

Meech is also scheduling a series of industry-focused seminars at the company's new HQ in Witney, addressing static build-up, its effects on productivity and potential solutions to overcome it.

Jet Stream is a cost effective, modular surface cleaning solution that works by discharging high pressure ionised air, at velocities up to 100m/s, through a specially developed ionising air manifold.

The 913 Flow Tube eliminates material clogging in ducting systems due to static charge build-up.

It incorporates inline ionisation and is available in stainless steel or PVC in a range of diameters.

The 904 power unit constant voltage supply is easy to install, robust and reliable, providing a 7kV power source for Meech AC ionising equipment.

The pulsed DC feedback system continuously monitors residual static charges on a moving web and automatically adjusts the ionisation system to minimise the charges.

The fan-driven ionising air gun is a portable, handheld gun for removing statically-bonded dust and contaminants.

Suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, the air gun is particularly useful where a compressed air supply is limited. Request a free brochure from Meech International ...
