New line of PCB mountable 28V DC to DC
converters

Martek Power Abbott is releasing the CB series, a new line of PCB mountable 28V DC to DC converters intended for industrial, military and aerospace applications

Martek Power Abbott is releasing the CB series, a new line of PCB mountable DC/DC converters The CB line are high reliability, off-the-shelf, 28 VDC to DC converters intended for industrial, military and aerospace applications

These competitively priced converters are available in 100% environmental stress screened versions and provide fully specified performance over an operating case temperature range of 55deg C to +100deg C.

The CB5S (first in the series) is a 5 watt single output device, requiring only one square inch footprint, featuring a low 0.38" profile allowing for high density card spacing.

With a wide 16-50 Vdc input range the CB series provides tightly regulated outputs of 2.0, 3.3, 5.0, 5.2, 12 and 15 Vdc with efficiencies exceeding 80%.

The CB10D is a 10 watt dual output converter providing two independent output channels making it ideally suitable for low power applications such as mixed logic systems requiring 2.0 and 3.3 Vdc.

The Standard features include remote on/off logic with overvoltage and short circuit protection.

Advanced surface mount technology is utilized to achieve power densities available before in only expensive hybrid type devices.

The series was designed with a power magnetic using planar technology with primary and secondary windings integrated into the PCB.

This design approach maximizes power density and efficiency while simplifying manufacturing. Request a free brochure from Martek Power ...
