Martek Power will feature at the SAE Commercial Vehicle Engineering Congress and Exhibition in Rosemont, on 6 and 7 October 2009, as part of the Truck Tech France Pavilion, booth 607.
Martek Power designs and manufactures a wide range of standard and custom AC-DC power supplies, DC-DC power converters and DC-AC power inverters for automotive, truck, military, railway and industrial applications.
Its products are mainly installed in trucks and buses.
The main applications of Martek Power's products are cabin electrical equipment, truck and trailer refrigeration as well as hybrid and electric vehicles.
Output power ranges from 1W to 50,000W.
Martek's range of inverters are currently used in truck and trailer refrigeration applications.
The integrated battery management system is said to improve the lifetime of refrigeration batteries.
