Mitutoyo has extended its range of Quick Vision series noncontact measuring systems.

Mitutoyo has extended its range of Quick Vision series noncontact measuring systems.

With the rapid rise in technological innovation, particularly within the IT based industries, there has been a continued demand for vision measuring machines that offer more advanced functions.

Coupled with the fact that operators' needs are becoming increasingly complex and diverse, Mitutoyo has responded by introducing machines that are based on an all-new design and leading edge technologies.

The Quick Vision series offers improved features and functions within a sleek modern body design.

The use of colour LED illumination (red, green, blue and composite white) facilitates measurements that would otherwise be difficult under white light alone.

The programmable ring light offers a four-part illumination function and varying angle settings, to enhance surface images further.

The series consists of four measuring ranges (200, 300, 400 and 600mm in the x-axis), all of which are available in standard, super and hyper variants.

These offer different levels of accuracy from (2.2+3L/1000) to (0.8+2L/1000)um.

In addition, models are available with various options, including touch probe measurement, TTL laser point measurement, laser autofocus, colour CCD and temperature compensation.
