Scope for more analysis

A new cost effective manual Quick Scope Microscope CMM has been introduced by Mitutoyo.

A new cost effective manual Quick Scope microscope CMM has been introduced by Mitutoyo Designated the QSE-200, it has the capability to perform complex measurements of workpieces with more measuring and analysing functionality than a projector or traditional microscope

It also has an accurate z (depth) measuring capability.

The QSE has a measuring range of 200 x 100 x 150mm and a resolution or 0.005um.

Maximum workpiece height is 150mm.

Linked to its integral CCD camera and 17in monitor, it provides magnifications ranging from 30x to 2000x, depending on the selected objective lens.

The QSE is suited to surface and profile measurement of all types of engineering and electronic components.

Its versatility compared with that of traditional microscopes and projectors, is due to the incorporation of a fine illumination capability which allows for lighting changes to match workpiece requirements.

It is also a result of the extremely fine feed which is possible on the x and y axes, resulting in highly accurate results.

With its compact design the QSE is designed to find a place on the shopfloor or in any production or laboratory environment. Request a free brochure from Mitutoyo (UK) ...
