The Legex 322 is a compact, cost-effective CNC coordinate measuring instrument with accuracies of 0.8um, suitable for making highly precise measurements on small workpieces.
It has a fixed bridge structure with a moving measuring table on the Y axis and integrated active vibration damping.
Ultra-stable glass scales have effectively zero thermal expansion.
The Legex 322 has integrated thermal-effect compensation for instrument and workpiece temperature variation within the range 18 to 22C.
It has high drive speed up to 200mm/sec, self-adjusting air bearings on all axes and a vibration-damping ball-screw nut bearing.
Fully digital servo control is offered for low-vibration movements.
Premium software is supplied as standard for user-friendly measurement and evaluation.
