The Thermo Tracer TH9260 offers a complete solution for high-resolution predictive maintenance, building inspection and scientific research.
This versatile unit easily adapts to different applications without the need for buying specialised units.
The TH9260 features a 1.3 mega pixel digital camera, composite image, laser pointer, Firewire real-time data capture, built in alarm functions, and optional high-resolution lenses.
The thermo tracers' auto feature controls the focus, level and sensitivity in one easy action through the direct access controls, making operating quick and efficient for the user.
Multi-point measurement can be made with the 640 x 480 array of pixels using a comprehensive set of dynamic analysis tools over a wide range of temperatures.
Full 14-bit images, visual picture, text memos and voice recordings are saved on industry standard, compact Flash memory cards, allowing full post processing in the camera and through a range of software programs.
A complete analysis, manipulation and report writer software produces standard Microsoft word documents to allow quick and easy sharing of the data.
It incorporates a high-resolution uncooled microbolometer detector to achieve a thermal resolution 0.06C and accurate temperature measurement and repeatability normally associated with expensive cooled detectors.
Longwave length performance give advantages in outdoor work, where it is immune to solar reflection, and scientific applications where low temperature differentials can be achieved.
The standard temperature measuring range is -40 to +500C and a 100C to 2000C range is available for high-temperature applications.
The 110 x 110 x 210mm camera only weighs 1.7kg.
Rugged and sealed to international standard IP54, it is ideal for use in harsh environments.
It is powered by standard camcorder batteries, which can give a continuous operation of over two hours.
The TH9260 has applications in the engineering, manufacturing, processing, electronic, building, laboratory and medical industries.
