Association goes public at Autosport
show
In line with the ongoing policy change of becoming more "public" as an organisation, the Manufacturing Technologies Association will exhibit for the first time at next year's Autosport show.
In line with the ongoing policy change of becoming more "public" as an organisation, the Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) is exhibiting for the first time at Autosport, from 12th to 15th January 2006 at the NEC Birmingham Located in Hall 19, stand M546 the Association will be within the dedicated manufacturing technology section, which is open for the two trades days (12th and 13th January)

The latest MTA trends survey shows a dip in orders for the sector over the summer, but respondents expect a recovery in the final period of the year.
Autosport presents the association with the opportunity to engage with its members' customer base and find out what their issues are, to support the members, some of whom are also exhibiting and represent the interests of the manufacturing technologies industry.
Autosport is one of a number of high profile events, including those in the wider automotive and aerospace sectors, at which MTA will be exhibiting during 2006.
Commenting on this, MTA Director General, Andrew Manly said: "We've decided to take a stand at Autosport for the first time because as the organisation representing the manufacturing technologies industry in the UK".
"I feel that we should be seen to publicly support the industry and I think it's extremely important for us to get closer to our members' customers".
