Aerospace seminar draws large audience
The Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) has held the first of a series of pioneering seminars focusing on technology transfer in the aerospace sector.
The Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) has held the first of a series of pioneering seminars focusing on technology transfer in the aerospace sector Northern Technologies Advanced Manufacturing Centre in Burnley was the location for the event, with speakers including Rob Maziarz, Structure Design Engineer at Airbus
Over 60 delegates got a chance to view the facilities at the Northern Technologies Advanced Manufacturing Centre, which includes a huge working showcase of the latest manufacturing technology and a team of specialist staff providing technical expertise.
"Keeping those who make machines for the aerospace industry informed is vital", said MTA Director General Andrew Manly.
"We were very impressed with the facilities here".
