Manufacturing exhibition sells out stand space

A Manufacturing Technologies Association product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Aug 21, 2007

Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA), is looking at innovative ways to create and maximise the space within the halls at the NEC in Birmingham to meet demand.

MACH 2008 has sold all of its stand space, with over 400 companies now booked to exhibit at the UK manufacturing technologies event.

The event is over 1000m2 bigger than in 2006.

Despite filling all budgeted space in the exhibition halls 4 and 5 there is still a great deal of interest from prospective exhibitors.

Rather than turn potential exhibitors away, MACH organiser, Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA), is looking at innovative ways to create and maximise the space within the halls at the NEC in Birmingham to meet demand.

The halls of the NEC will be filled with the latest manufacturing innovations from the UK and abroad.

Over 22,000 visitors will come to the event, which runs between 21st-25th April 2008.

Alongside manufacturing technologies, visitors have the added value of co-located shows (IFPEX, Drives and Controls, Electrex, Subcon and Airtech) and also MACHplus, an assembly of exhibitors from associated industries such as cleaning, health and safety and materials handling.
