Stand-alone temperature logger features a stationary base for placement inside autoclaves, ovens, dishwashers and other harsh environments.

A new stand-alone temperature logger that features a stationary base for placement inside autoclaves, ovens, dishwashers and other harsh environments is being introduced by MadgeTech.

The MadgeTech HiTemp150 temperature recorder is a rugged, waterproof, device that can automatically record from -40 to +150C at 0 to 100% RH, with a response time of less than 1 minute, and can store up to 32,767 measurements.

Featuring a 1.75in-diameter by 1.1in tall 316 stainless steel base that provides the stability required for data logging in harsh environments, this battery-powered unit has a 2in-long rigid temperature probe and nonvolatile memory.

Providing a programmable start time, the MadgeTech HiTemp150 temperature recorder may be used with a PC to monitor and record data in real time with reading intervals that can be set from one reading every 2 seconds to one every 12 hours.

Standard software includes customisable engineering units, real-time recording and alarming, overlaid graphs, and easy export to Excel.
