Battenfeld Kunststoffmaschinen will feature its Microsystem 50, a 5t micro-injection moulding machine for micro-precision parts.
The machine comes with a complete solution on process technology, automation and online quality inspection, clean room module and packaging solution, and most importantly, the mould technology.
Toshiba Machine (Thailand) will be highlighting its all-electric injection machines offerings.
In blow moulding, Nissei ASB will introduce the ASB-70DPH, demonstrating moulding of a PET paint can.
Also on display will be the Challenge Series NB-10LC machine moulding a 6000ml, mineral water bottle in a single cavity with lighter weight and an attractive costing.
In the all-important recycling segment, Herbold Meckesheim will bring its shredder, granulator, pulveriser, washing line and compactor solutions to Tiprex for a diverse range of plastic scrap streams, including PET film, foam, stretch film, PET bottles, and HDPE bottles.
Tiprex will also feature a plastics processor presence.
Malaysia's Polyplas, for example, is a leading one stop centre for plastic injection moulding with mould design and fabrication, as well as secondary process capabilities (including in-mould decoration, spray painting, and hot stamping).
Another moulder, Juken Mecplas Technology specialises in mould design and precision plastic injection moulding and fabrication.
The group operates a total of seven production facilities: two in Malaysia, one in Thailand, three in China and one in India, with a total of 323 plastic injection moulding machines.
Markets served are consumer electronics, office automation, data storage, automotive and medical equipment.
