A standard component can be also achieved, but specific machine alterations, single and dual blocks, light, medium and heavy loads, slides for jigs and table sliders are just some of the specifications of guides available form Misumi where users can meet their exact requirements.
Stainless steel and carbon steel materials are available in all varieties along with standard and precision tolerance classifications to be specified by the user.
Misumi low dust raised grease can also be added to the slide increasing the suitability for use in cleanroom environments dramatically.
Via the company's extensive factory automation catalogue the user can achieve a multitude of component specifications in just 6-8 days Europe-wide.
No minimum order value or quantity applies, and volume discounts are available for all customers.
All guides can be designed with the standard 2 and 3D CAD data via the Misumi website or CAD data CD.
The system is compatible with industry wide CAD packages, ands so the user can design the guide with little effort or cost and insert the model directly into their own CAD package.
