City and Guilds of London accredited courses for gas equipment inspectors are designed to qualify persons to carry out full safety checks on individual oxy-fuel gas welding systems.
Murex Welding Products reckons that those involved in oxy-fuel gas welding system safety should be able to demonstrate some form of accreditation when offering their services to third parties or carrying only work within their own organisation.
Safety officers, maintenance staff, supervisors and even school/college lecturers can fall into this category.
The company provides courses for gas equipment inspectors that are City and Guilds of London accredited and are designed to qualify persons to carry out full safety checks on individual oxy-fuel gas welding systems.
Already, the company's two day certification and one day recertification courses are booked for 2005, reflecting the market's respect for Murex and the company's reputation for welding and cutting safety.
