MK Pumps and Motors of Milton Keynes got its new Marlin Stainless distributorship appointment off to a running start with a special presentation to major customers.
MK Pumps and Motors of Milton Keynes got its new Marlin Stainless distributorship appointment off to a running start with a special presentation to major customers.
With invitees including soft drink and food manufacturers, utility companies and NHS representatives, delegates attending the MK Pumps and Motors event provided a good representation of potential customers for the range of IEC metric stainless steel motors and gearboxes offered by Marlin Stainless.
Applications for the stainless products were identified by all the delegates and a number of appointments were made for the following week with a view to placing orders.
"With so many of our customers willing to take time out of their busy work schedules to attend a presentation on a new product, we realised our new dealership with Marlin Stainless is going to prove to be a winner", said John Bicknell, Sales and Marketing Manager, MK Pumps and Motors.
"Making it particularly exciting was the diversity of industries represented on the day and the range of applications identified", he added.
"With events like this one organised by MK Pumps and Motors to introduce our stainless motors and gearboxes, we are opening so many doors to new customers whilst also expanding our knowledge of potential applications", said Brian Bannister, Marlin Stainless UK Sales Manager, who attended event.
"We will certainly be encouraging our other distributors to organise similar presentations".
Bannister also said that Marlin is keen to appoint new distributors with a similar positive approach to that of MK Pumps and Motors.
MK Pumps and Motors offers a complete sales, support and repair service covering most pump designs, three and single-phase AC motors and DC motors, plus full engineering backup.
