Marlin Stainless expands sales force

Marlin Stainless has appointed Peter Macfarlane as Motor Specialist with specific responsibility for the North West of the UK

The appointment results from increasing hygiene awareness and demand for the company's stainless steel motors and gearboxes.

Macfarlane,40 , who was previously in the internal sales department, has been with the company since it was set up in 2001.

During his time with the company he has acquired an in depth knowledge of the company's products and their applications across the food, pharmaceutical and processing industries and their hygiene demands.

Before joining Marlin, Macfarlane had worked for companies involved with electrical distribution and motor control gear, wholesale suppliers and electrical contractors.
