Distribution change in UK and Ireland

From 1st August 2005, the distribution of MVTec machine vision software products in the UK and Ireland will be performed by Lambda Photometrics.

Taking over from Multipix Imaging, Lambda Photometrics will provide technical support for MVTec's Halcon and ActivVisionTools products.

Throughout the world, MVTec software users benefit from excellent sales and technical support via local distributors.

As part of this continuing strategy, MVTec has carefully selected Lambda Photometrics as its new distribution partner for the UK and Ireland.

The date of the distribution channel transition has been carefully chosen to match the launch of the new Halcon 7.1 version in September 2005.

Halcon 7.1 will offer many new application features, dramatic performance increases and unique new machine vision technologies.
