MVTec Software is to set up a support centre for the USA and Canada before the end of 2006, most likely in the Boston area.
MVTec Software is to set up a support centre for the USA and Canada before the end of 2006, most likely in the Boston area.
MVTec's innovative work is driven by a commitment to be the number one supplier in the world for sophisticated software technologies in machine vision.
North America is one of the most important machine vision markets, and MVTec USA will further strengthen MVTec's commitment to this geographical region.
The responsibility of MVTec USA will be to intensify existing co-operation with distributors and partners in the machine vision community.
Thus, it will operate as a support centre for the existing North American distribution companies.
Its main objective will be to effect closer customer relations by supporting the distributors' sales activities.
Moreover, MVTec USA will hold free distributor training, support the distributors at seminars and industrial shows, and accompany them on customer visits.
