Combined system of servomotor and encoder promises no loss of steps, and offers much higher rotational speed then a stepper motor, resulting in a faster machine.

Marchant Dice reckons that the combination of its EH30 encoders and 65PC133 DC brushed motor provide an ideal system for anyone who is tired of manually referencing machines The EH30 encoders have an optical home position, and so a simple connection to the control board's input will provide a referenced home position of approximately 0.0025mm

All encoders are delivered as standard with RS422 (line driver) technology, which results in an error free communication with the servo driver board.

The 65PC133 industrial-quality DC brushed motor is 100% tested with the company's control board and power supplies.

And as a servomotor, rather than a stepper, it provides super-smooth rotation and near-constant torque.

The combined system of servomotor and encoder promises no loss of steps, and offers much higher rotational speed then a stepper motor, resulting in a faster machine (often 3-4x faster in practice).

All 65PC133 DC brushed motors are supplied as standard assembled with EH30 encoders.

The motor, which is manufactured by Siboni in Italy, is rated at 177W with a rated current of 4A.

Maximum speed is 2600rev/min, with torque at 0.65Nm.
