A fast, environmentally friendly and cost effective method of cleaning virtually any type of material can now be achieved by using the technologically advanced Cryonomic dry ice cleaning system.
A fast, environmentally friendly and cost effective method of cleaning virtually any type of material can now be achieved by using the technologically advanced Cryonomic dry ice cleaning system.
Developed and manufactured in Belgium, the state-of-the-art cleaning machine offers industries a way of saving costs on maintenance through cleaning equipment in situ thereby substantially reducing downtime by eliminating the need to strip down and reassemble machinery parts.
By using dry ice pellets that vaporize to carbon dioxide on impact, the Cryonomic system abolishes the time needed to retrieve hazardous waste that is normally associated with chemical, sand and wet-blasting systems.
This characteristic of the dry ice blasting process also eradicates the need for the costly storage of chemicals.
Cryonomic cleaning enables the removal of persistent contamination layers without generating additional waste.
Dry ice cleaning can be used for solving cleaning problems in applications where neither sand nor water/chemicals can, or should, be used.
Typical applications include the removal of paint, carbon, grease, resin and adhesives as well as the cleaning of moulds in the metal, rubber and plastic industries.
The aerospace, food and printing industries will also benefit from the Cryonomic system.
The Cryonomic VSU cleaning units are produced with a sturdy forklift accessible base, four wheels and two standard crane hooks for optimal mobility so that they can be easily transferred to the object to be cleaned.
The have been built to withstand every type of heavy-duty cleaning task in all kinds of environments.
Available in three options ranging from a simple start/stop operation to a remote controlled version that allows adjustment to all operating parameters from the gun.
